This training is aimed at beginner/intermediate paddlers who have some experience on whitewater. This may mean they paddle at Penrith but struggle, swim etc. and lack confidence in some ateas. It will be a 2-3 hour session and the content and activities will depend on the abilities of participants. People interested must email or phone Andrew to express interest. |

An area we don’t explore enough! We’ll put in at the beach next to the Meadowbank ferry wharf and paddle over to Homebush Bay and explore the wrecks and mangroves. We could, depending on the tide, do an industrial mystery tour up one of the creeks in the area. From there we will head downstream into the harbour exploring the bays to around Breakfast Point stopping for lunch along the way.
